250 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 small Banana
1/4 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Baby Spinach or Kale
Protein powder of choice
1/4 Continental Cucumber
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
Ice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
