Yoga. Fabulous yoga. My love affair with Yoga began as pure curiosity about the mobility benefits to complement my fitness training. After this first experience, not only did I walk out feeling lengthened and nourished in my muscles, but also with sense of inner calm, space and balance. The simplicity of the breath allowed me to feel safe, the movement allowed me to become aware of my body and the mindfulness gave me tools I could use to calm my nervous system. I was drawn to becoming a yoga teacher to deepen my own practice as well as share this gift with others as a compassionate guide. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for my students to move at their own pace to explore their practice. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, gentle breathwork and a dose of mindfulness inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Outside of my yoga practice, I am a primary school teacher r and love to spend time in nature with my family. I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my love of yoga with others, and I look forward to meeting you on the mat soon! Getting back to the true you. It can be that simple. Yoga offers up a way to see a world that is working for you rather than against you . Yoga can remind us that everything is connected so we must live, act, breathe with awareness.
