Kiera - Yoga Instructor

Keira's personal philosophy for optimal living centers around the lifelong process of balancing—eating nutritious whole foods and enjoying some chocolate, moving the body and allowing rest.

She believes yoga is one of many tools to achieve this balance, offering breath practices (Pranayama), physical postures (Asana), meditation (Dhyana), and more.

Outside of teaching yoga, Keira is an Army Veteran, a mom of four, a nature lover, a strong advocate for the mind-body connection, and she enjoys chocolate in her spare time. She looks forward to seeing everyone on the mat.
