    This treatment is used to treat injuries, reduce pain and increase flexibility. We will identify the muscles causing pain and dysfunction through various tests. We will treat using a range of techniques including Trigger points, Myofascial Release, Cupping, and stretching to treat the affected area. In some cases, this may require further follow-up appointments to ensure the affected area is functioning at full level. Treatment is fully customised to each client.
